What makes the pages of a scrapbook feel so real? How can we come to like the book so well? If you're like me, family means everything. Thats what my scrap books are comprised of is my folks. The love that you share with the individual, place or thing on all pages is what helps bring the pages to life. My hubby and child are the most vital part of my life, so they make the pages for me. I like to add a sticker that boosts what you are feeling when you look at that page. The stickers can be for show or an extra touch to the already perfect page. The secret's to have a flexible plan that may be modified without losing sight of the goal you set. Cottage. Remember ( and the remainder of the family ) why you were saving in the first instance.
Pictures on the refrigerator or lavatory mirror are very good everyday reminders of this. There are some things about clear pictures that help the mind target the goal better than words on a page. Ever seen the thermometers that mark bigger company or community goals? Many of those look like thermometers that get coloured in as the goal get closer. It could be a great motivating way of showing progress. Have family members take turns counting the savings and charting the progress. What you add to the page is an image of something or somebody in your life. A scrap book to me is my friends and family. So that is the reason why the ideal scrap book, to my mind, is buddies and relatives.
